Before entering Adventist social work education in 1991, my practice experience focused on domestic violence, mental health, adoption, child sexual abuse, and substance abuse recovery.

My research interests include domestic violence, youth substance abuse prevention, and program evaluation.

  • I have a gift from God of a helpmate and twin daughters who are the lights of my life.

  • I have a passion for seeing the vision of Isaiah 58 a reality in the Adventist Church and making our organizations a safe place for hurting and vulnerable people.
